This herbal cushion has a relaxing, calming effect and helps you to fall asleep. The effect of a herbal pillow unfolds through the release of the essential oils, contained in the herbs.
As a heat cushion, the pillow provides valuable help with neck tensions, cold hands or feet, abdominal cramps, muscle and joint pain. The scent of the herbs grounds the mind and soothes.
The shape of the pillow adapts perfectly to the neck area, can also be placed over the stomach and hip area or cold feet
Heat therapy: The pillow is heated in the oven, in the microwave or on the heater. Then place on tense, cold parts of the body or in the case of cramps on the stomach.
Oven: at 100 ° C / approx. 10 - 15 min.
Microwave: at 600 watts / approx. 1-2 min.
By shaking or by kneading the pillow, the scent can be intensified again and again.
