HEAT THERAPY
The pillow is heated in the oven (at 100 ° C / approx. 10 - 15 min. ) or in the microwave (at 600 watts / approx. 1-2 min.). Then place on tense, cold parts of the body or in the case of cramps on the stomach.All fabrics are washed by us with allergy-friendly detergent before processing!
