Shipping

Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 office days after we received your payment, not including special or custom made products that may take longer
or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description.
Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday 11am-7pm, not including holidays, pending payment authorization and verification.
If you need faster delivery please choose “express”.
We ship with DHL and/or UPS.

Please notice that we can’t ship to postbox addresses.

Standard delivery with DHL, UPS or Deutsche Post 8 €
Express delivery 15 €

Inside EU

Standard delivery with DHL, UPS or Deutsche Post 12 €
Express delivery with DHL, UPS or Deutsche Post 25 €

Outside EU

Standard delivery with DHL, UPS or Deutsche Post 35 €
Express delivery with DHL, UPS or Deutsche Post 60 € 

Taxes and duties are responsibility of the purchaser.
Products will ship directly from Germany by DHL, UPS or Deutsche Post. PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities.

Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are shipped with German Post.
Please be aware that delivery to Switzerland might take longer due to customs formalities.

IMPORTANT

If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, Bea Bühler does not send replacements.
Bea Bühler is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Bea Bühler has no control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs
charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Bea Bühler has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
